Not in love with your order? No problem.
We stand behind everything we make. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll make it right, no questions asked.
- 30-day returns. Request a return within 30 days of delivery. New, used, or damaged items all qualify.
- Refund or replacement. Choose a full refund of your items or a replacement.
- Free return shipping. If we need the item back, we'll email you a prepaid label. In many cases, we'll ask you to keep it.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to start a return
Email info@seraparito.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name
- Your shipping address
We'll reply within 48 hours with next steps. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
